Thanks for the link to the article on SAIC.
I know Shaha Riza worked there (at least according to the news reports) for a time in 2003 on an Iraq contract while Wolfowitz was still at the Pentagon. What I'm wondering is, Did PW have anything to do with getting her that assignment? If so, wouldn't that have been a conflict of interest too, if they were in a relationship at that time?
Does anyone here know?

NYT has a bit more info:
"Ms. Toensing said that Ms. Riza was part of a State Department delegation to Iraq and that she was asked to brief World Bank officials by the bank’s president at the time, James Wolfensohn."
NOTE to 1st comment: They have been together since 2002 and have known each other since the 90's
